These are approximately two–A-A half-hour course that explains the principles and techniques behind Laughnosis–The antidote for Chronic Seriosity, also known as Fun Deficiency and Grumpy-Pants-Frowny-Face Syndrome. The online course was born out of many years of practical experience. What can you expect from this course?
Intentional laughter can bypass the critical faculty for hypnotists. Intentional laughter is more than a method of induction. It’s a skill rich with built-in benefits.-in professional, social, and spiritual benefits.
Laughter professionals including Laughter Yoga leaders will learn how to use hypnotic principle to increase laughter sessions and how laughter can be used to benefit participants even after the physical effects have worn off.

Module 3: Joyful breathing
One of Dave’s favorite sayings is “Laughter is the sound of joyful breathing.” We’re breathing all the time anyway so we may as well make a joyful sound! This module teaches us how to start the day with laughter and use the vowels in the English language for laughter sounds. “smile string,” and discover the many laughs that can come from different parts.

So, neurons that fire together wire together. In this module, we hear both the alarm clock story and egg story. James Dave had rewired himself by practicing intentional laughter daily.

Module 6 Laughnosis Change
Neuroplasticity makes laughter a powerful tool to personal transformation. We will learn how to use laughter to alter our reactions through exercises and techniques, such as Red Light/Green Light, Chore Laughter, and other methods. James Dave and Dave share stories about times when laughter was used as an anchor collapse or swish pattern. Finally, laughter can be used as an intervention strategy in panic attacks.

Module 7: NLP Presumptions, Part 1.
NLP is Neurologic Programming.-Linguistic Programming. It’s the study and analysis of the structure of subjective experiences. NLP can also be described as the language structure for hypnosis. Presuppositions are the foundational concepts of NLP. These are ideas treated as true because it is useful to do so, even though the ideas can’t necessarily be empirically tested or scientifically proven. Dave and James Here are some common NLP assumptions.

Module 11: The Art of Suggestion
When someone is hypnotized they are more receptive to suggestions, but they will not do anything they don’t want to do, or which goes against their ethics or morals. That’s why it is important to know how to give suggestions effectively. This module teaches you how to use pacing and leading, be artfully vague, differentiate direct and indirect suggestions, and use embedded commands.
