Brainless Travellers: The Routine James He wanted to keep it to himself! There are two piles of ten cards… the spectator simply THINKS of one card from one pile…it disappears immediately from that pile…there are only nine…the second pile is counted…there is eleven…it is obvious that the thought of a card has traveled across… BUT WAIT…another spectator thought of another card…NO PROBLEM! It takes only a few clicks to count the piles, without touching them. The piles now contain eight cards and the twelve others. The second card is now in the other pile!
