Your goal is to complete as much work as possible in 10 minutes.-minute yoga class. Each video targets one part of the body. The videos focus on the major muscle groups, while working the smaller, more underused muscles, which are often our weakest. You will see results in a shorter, more intense format than traditional yoga classes. However, traditional moves are still used.
These power classes can be added to a workout or used on days you don’t have the time to do a full workout.-You don’t need to do a long workout but you still want to challenge yourself and sweat!
