A New Pricing Philosophy
A point is a fixed unit for value. It’s your agency’s value metric.
Point Pricing ensures that clients receive the maximum value for every dollar they spend, no matter how long it takes to deliver. Points give clients complete transparency about pricing, progress, performance, and resource allocation.
Each project has a fixed assignee-Point total (e.g. blog post = 3 points) is calculated based on value creation and not hourly estimates. All clients are given the same point totals. They are determined using Fibonacci sequence, i.e. 1, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21 . . .).
Point pricing is based on the principle that if you can clearly define the scope of a service (which is possible for almost all marketing agency services), then you can standardize it and assign a point value.
