We have heard from many traders that the Xtreme direction is a good idea. It takes the guesswork out of establishing market swings – they just follow the yellow bars.

But that’s not all…

The Xtreme 2EMAs can be used for more than just showing the trend.

They can be used to provide dynamic support.

Resistance areas.

If you look at any time period, you will see that the price tends to pull back to the EMAs or bounce in a trending markets.

Often, if the price is higher or lower than the EMAs of the opposite side, it would like to re-Before continuing, test the EMAs levels.

The price is closely followed by the moving average. It operates on the same principle that the other components of the system: Rapid, but not slow Smooth.

To form a moving average I use the Xtreme Direction and this moving average. “triggers” It is for me. I will enter a long position when a yellow or blue candle closes above the FMA, or short on the yellow or red candle closes below the FMA.

This allows me to often. Enter at the turn point Market.

My Xtreme Scalper Dots, a powerful tool, shows you market structure and price action in a glance.

It can show highs and lows as well as higher highs and lows. I know where the previous swing high/low was.

They are also great for drawing trend lines – just connect the dots!

The Scalper Dots also tell me where to put my stoploss and where my first target might be base on previous swing high and low. When a strong trend emerges, I frequently trail the stop using the Scalper Dots.

The Xtreme iTunnel is an additional layer between the FMAs and 2EMAs.

The main benefits are…

Sometimes the price won’t pull back all the way to the EAMs in strong trend market.

The iTunnel acts as an additional layer of support and resistance in this instance. Price might bounce back into the iTunnel, which can be a good thing.

You can also use iTunnel to trail with the Scalper Dots. The Scalper Dots can be used to set a hard stoploss. We can then use the Scalper Dots to trail. “outer” Once we are in profit, the iTunnel will be on the line.

Once we have made certain profits, you can lower the stop to continue with the inner line on the iTunnel.

If the iTunnel’s flat and the EMAs or FMAs are coming together, or very close, it is not a trend. So, stay away.

Everybody knows that the trend is our friend. Choosing to follow the trend is usually safer and more lucrative.

The Xtreme Trend Bars plot the short term, midterm and long term trend, which means you don’t need to keep flicking through your charts.

You will easily be able to interpret signals from shorter-term indicators in the direction of a long-term trend.
