The concept of WHY It is based in biology and decision-making. The Golden Circle perfectly matches how our brains function.
The outer portion of the Golden Circle (WHAT), corresponds to the Neocortex, which is responsible for language and analytical thinking.
The middle section of the Golden Circle (WHY The middle section of our brain (Limbic System), which is responsible to our behavior and decision, corresponds to HOW.-Making and our feelings.
Our brains that control our emotions do not have the ability to communicate our feelings. This course is designed for you to find the right words to express what inspires you.

Peter Docker
Peter He retired from the Royal Air Force but wanted to keep his legacy of service. Simon Sinek joined him in 2011 to bring Simon’s ideas and the work he was already doing together to amplify its impact. Peter coauthored Find Your Why, A Practical Guide to Discovering Your Purpose For You and Your Team.
David Mead
2009 David Simon Sinek joined his team to create content that would help Simon share his ideas. Now he speaks and facilitates workshops all over the world to shift peopleʼs perceptions about leadership and culture.
