After enjoying a delicious dinner and some of my favorite wines, we began to talk about business. How to get reviews. Positive reviews from verified customers are crucial to achieving higher rankings and increasing sales.
Paul Baron – Amazon Reviews On Autopilot
Dear fellow Amazon seller,
A few weeks back, I was at a dinner party along with some of my friends who also sell on. Amazon.
After a wonderful dinner and some of the finest wine I have ever tasted, it was time to start talking business.
How to get reviews.
You already know this: positive verified reviews You are key to higher rankings and greater sales.
So it’s always been a hot topic. But ever since Amazon The topic was hotter than ever among sellers when they decided to alter the rules and eliminate some commonly used strategies and methods.
I was expecting to hear fresh, new ideas and new ways to get reviews at this dinner party.
I was quickly disappointed.
Instead of sharing ideas, strategies, and concepts, everyone just kept whining about the latest. Amazon Changes, it was so much easier back then.
They kept going on and on and on and on and I just sat there listening.
Finally, one of them finally asked me: “Paul, what about you? You seem to be okay with all these changes?”
Finally, one of them finally asked me: “Paul, what about you? You seem to be okay with all these changes?”
And I responded: “No, I’m not. But I don’t care. I have a system I use to get positive verified reviews on a daily basis, 100% on autopilot.”
“You’re lying!They said, “
“You had just too many bottles of wine“, they’d laugh.
At that point, I opened my laptop to show them the numbers from two of my products.
The laughter and disbelief of the children turned to sobering amazement.
Product #1
Here’s the screenshot of a listing, taken before I implemented my “secret”:
You can see that my product received 953 reviews as of June 4, 2018.
Take a look at this screenshot, taken two weeks after I implemented the system.
1,065 reviews June 18th.
If you do your math you’ll see 8 reviews per day. And I’m still getting them.
Product #2:
This one produced even better results. Here’s the screenshot before my system is implemented:
1,237 5-Star reviews June 4th
Now, once the system has been activated:
1,377 5-Star reviews June 18th
That’s 10 5-star reviews PER DAY!
Autopilot is 100%. Despite the fact that autopilot is 100% effective. Amazon changes. All of this is 100% compliant with ALL Amazon Terms of Service
You can see why they begged me to share mine “secret” With them.
But I only did so after each one wrote me a large check. 🙂
But for you, because you’re a member of the Amazing tribe, I’m sharing my “secret” They were willing to pay me far less than I was worth.
Facebook Messenger Chatbots is my secret weapon for getting positive verified feedback every day on autopilot.
But what exactly is a “a”? “Messenger Chatbot?”
All the technical jargon-jumbo aside, Messenger Chatbots are predefined messages that are sent out to subscribers based upon their Facebook Messenger activities.
These messages are called “flows.”
These messages are called “flows.”
(Example of a flow created in ManyChat
And even though this might sound a bit scary, here’s a simple example of how it all works:
Let’s say that you sell some kind of kitchenware.
You also give a free ebook with delicious recipes to all who purchase it. Your customer can request this bonus by simply commenting on a post or sending a message to your FB Page. “Got it!”
Now, here’s where the fun starts.
Once the action triggers the chatbot software, customers will begin receiving predefined messages designed to encourage them to leave reviews.
This is how it looks:
Chatbot: Hello, I’m Michael from Kitchenware Kittens. We appreciate you purchasing one of the products. As a gift, we’re sending you a free recipe book filled with delicious meals you can prepare for you and your family. Do you want me to send you a link to a free download?
Customer clicks YES.
Chatbot: Great. Here’s the link to download your free recipe book. I’d like to ask you something, if that’s OK?
Customers click YES.
Chatbot: What are your thoughts about our product?
(Great; Very Much; Meh; Not really; not at all)
And now, based on your customer’s response, you can either ask them to leave a review on Amazon, or to ask them why they don’t like it, etc.
This is an example of a simple flow that I made up right now as I’m writing this.
It’s that easy. (It is easy to learn and master the basics.)
And if all this sounds familiar to you, that’s because it is.
It is similar to what you can do using emails. The question is: Why am I making such a big deal about this?
You see, even though email is still a powerful channel (and you should have it as a part of your marketing mix), it’s not what it used to be.
The open rates and clicks change from year to year.-Through rates are falling
20 years ago, 15 years ago, or 10 years ago, you could get an extremely high open rate for emails – as high as 80%.
Now, you’re considered an email marketing genius if you can pull off 25-Open rate 30%
Compare these stats to this:
That’s right. 97-100% open rate, more than 70% click-Chatbots can help you get through rates!
It’s possible to imagine it.
Imagine what your business would look like if 95%+ people on your mailing list actually SEE your message.
Chatbots can be used in the same way as email in the early 00s and the 90s.
Despite the criticisms, Messenger chatbots won’t be a fading trend.
Facebook Messenger is used by over 1.2 BILLION people every day. That number continues to grow. There are even some projections stating that Messenger will become the world’s single largest marketing channel in the next 3-5 years!
Plus, Facebook constantly releases new updates to this platform and invests billions of dollars into AI (artificial intelligence), which only means that we’re going to see:
- Chatbots are becoming more prevalent, but not less.
- Chatbots that are more quality and offer a variety of options and features.
Mark my words (that are based on data and experience)…
Chatbots can help you stay!
The big question now is…
“But will this work for Amazon sellers?”
My short answer is… YES.
I’ve been an Amazon Since 2015. I earn $100k+ per monthly Amazon business.
So do Ben, Nate, and me.
In all this time, with all the resources we have, we’ve never seen anything work as good as Messenger Chatbots.
My results with chatbots are already visible.
In 2 weeks, I had 112 positive reviews for one product. The second one received 140 positive verified reviews in the same time frame.
The good news is that it is fully compliant with all Amazon’s terms of service.
This is also a huge one…
Messenger chatbots are one of few ways to get reviews on autopilot. Amazon changes!
This is great when you realize that Amazon Already killed some of the most effective and efficient ways to get reviews.
These include incentivized reviews and discount coupons.
This won’t happen with chatbots.
How can I claim such a thing?
Simply because using a chatbot isn’t some hack, or trick, or loophole. This is A strategy automation of a legal way to get reviews – asking satisfied customers to do it.
Now, let’s talk about two misconceptions. Amazon Chatbots can be a selling point for sellers
#1 Misconception: Chatbots sound too technical and may be too difficult to set up.
#2 Misconception: I’ll probably need a developer to set it up, so this probably costs a lot of money
These are all false, but fortunately for you they are not true.
Chatbots sound great, even though they sound high.-tech, they’re just a series of predefined messages sent based on certain actions.
YOU. CAN. DO IT!
So, let’s sum it up:
Facebook Messenger is the hottest platform right at the moment with more than 1.2 BILLION people using them daily
These numbers are rising and people now prefer to communicate via FB Messenger over email.
Messenger Chatbots are now what email used to be in the 90s and early 00s… only bigger
These days, we’re happy if we get a 20% open rate on our emails. With 25-30% you’re doing GREAT. But with chatbots we’re seeing open rates constantly going over 90% with 60%+ click rates.
Plus, email didn’t have 1.2B users in the 90s. Messenger does.
Chatbots can be used to obtain positive verified reviews. Amazon Keep making changes
We’re talking about an automation of a process. This is not about blackmail, tricks or hacks.-You might be blocked tomorrow by hat stuff.
And because you’re automating a legit process, you’re safe from the upcoming changes.
Messenger Chatbots can be used to increase your productivity and DRASTICALLY increase your sales. Amazon sales
One of the many chatbot apps you can use to grow your company is getting reviews. The sky is the limit once you’ve mastered the basics of creating chatbots and understanding the strategy behind them.
Chatbots are very easy to set up and cost-effective from a technical perspective.
You don’t need an expensive developer, or a complex software. This is possible with very affordable tools such as MsgHero or ManyChat.
The real “trick” The key to chatbots is understanding how they can be used to increase sales and reviews, how you should plan them before creating them, and how to communicate with them in order to have the best effect.
And since we can’t cover everything On such a small page like this one, Ben, Nathan, and myself decided to accept the invitation and hop on a call with Mike McClary to do a workshop called…
