Heal Thy Self @ Home The information is delivered over 8 week with all the details broken into ‘bite-sized’ You can take in pieces that your brain can easily absorb and digest.
WEEK 1 – AWARENESS
To make real changes we must first be aware. This module will educate you about what you put in your body and how it affects you. This module will teach you about cancer and diabetes, GMO food, artificial colours and sweetness, chemical preservatives and chemical sweeteners, as well as how to avoid smoking and alcohol.
WEEK 2 – THE TRUE STORY ON PHARMACEUTICALS AND DRUGS, AND CANCER
