Each week will contain a homework video that will help you keep track of your progress and stay accountable. You’ll be able to print out the exercises and fill it out as you complete each assignment.
We’ve noticed that, in the past, our students lacked the necessary accountability to go through the course. They would often watch the videos but have difficulty following the practice each day.
Now, we know you probably hated homework growing up, but this is by far the most fun and fulfilling homework you’ll ever do. Obviously, if you don’t want to do it, you don’t HAVE to. These videos aren’t meant to make you do it, but they can help. You will be able to take your practice to the next level if you give these videos a chance. We strive to make your experience as enjoyable and rewarding as possible. These homework videos will help you do just that.

If you’re not familiar with the Wim Hof Method is a combination of a number of exercises that keep your mind, body and spirit healthy.
We use three types exercises to improve your quality life and heal any ailment.
Our first exercise is to help you breathe deeply and feel more energized immediately. The next step is to retrain your brain. “monkey mind” Cold immersion can also affect your nervous system. Stretching is the third type of exercise. This helps keep your body’s muscles loose and healthy.
The last course is the most difficult. Wim The stretches were taught. This was great and very beneficial, but let’s be honest, Wim Is the “Iceman”! He’s known for his ability to do the unthinkable. To achieve the impossible. He has yet to set any Guinness World Records for stretching.
