Meditation This practice invites you to be fully yourself, to feel alive and spontaneous, and to live in harmony with all the circumstances of your life. These foundational practices can help you realize your true intentions and bring them to every moment of your day.
In this module, you’ll be introduced to:
- The map of yoga meditation
- There are three levels of mindfulness and two routes.

These core principles will help you build a solid foundation to your meditation practice. Understanding modern meditation is possible by understanding these core principles.-day neuroscience reveals can also help you engage and follow through with your meditation practice by showing you what’s taking place in your body and mind as you engage the various practices of meditation.

Welcoming Opposites of Emotion & Cognition: Breaking the Cycle of Reactive Emotions & Thoughts (August 23)
All sensations, emotions, thoughts, and cognitions are permanent-changing. Yoga meditation can help recognize these messages as messengers. It is designed to help people respond instead of react so that you are in touch with yourself and in harmony to the world around.Meditation This course teaches you to recognize, accept, and respond positively to these messages of emotion, sensation, and cognition. Your ability to engage them responsively, with right action, enables you to fully embody, actualize and individuate yourself as a unique human being so that you’re fully capable of navigating the ins and outs of your life and interactions. You can respond well and this will prepare you for the next steps in your meditation journey.

Experiencing Joy & Wellbeing (August 30)
Joy, well-being, love, peace and compassion are the keys to happiness, well-being, joy, wellbeing, love, peaceful, compassionate, and loving-Meditation naturally brings out kindness. Meditation can help you realize these qualities as unchanging, which can exist in tandem with any achievement or change in your mind and body. The practice of yogic meditation doesn’t create these qualities. It helps you recognize these qualities as being always present.-From birth, kindness is yours. This is why you can feel them, even in the midst pain, suffering, loss, grief, sadness, and depression. They are always there, regardless of what is going on. Meditation These are your support systems for experiencing them along with any changing positive or negatively affecting state.
In this module, you’ll discover:
- Meditation can bring out the six essential and innate qualities of joy, well-being, love, peace and compassion.-Kindness
- These six essential qualities can be nurtured throughout meditation and daily life.

Session 5 Waking Up – Advanced Stages of Meditation
Separation & Ego-Identity disappears (September 6)
Yoga meditation is marked by a moment when awareness does a 180.-degree turns on itself, away form the objects emerging in awareness, to inquire as to its source. You wake up from the dream that you are a separate entity and become ego.-Identification and separation disappear. You can move beyond your ego.-Your identity and separation are revealed in waking up. Shame, guilt, shame, and blame can all be replaced by your true nature.-Judgment and other negative emotions are gone. You can see your true essence beyond space and time. This is your unchanging wholeness that is always present, loving and compassionate. This is where all your searching ends and you can finally see the Mystery beneath you and the whole cosmos.

- The distinction between self & non-Self
- How the triune mind creates separation and ego-Identity
- Subtle barriers that block awakening
- Natural process of releasing oneself from the ego-Identity
- The awakening to the possibilities beyond separation

Session 6 Waking Down – Integration of Awakening, Part 1
Being fully human (September 13)
Waking up means going beyond your personal ego-You can realize your true identity as a based identity. When you wake up, you can celebrate and realize your nonexistence.-The next stage of awakening is the interconnectedness between everything and everyone around you. “Waking Down,” It involves awakening your whole body and learning to integrate your awakened disposition for non-Separation into daily life is a difficult thing to do. Here you can re-Your body, mind, emotions, cognitions, and cognitions are your messengers. They help you survive and thrive in this world. You do this now while your 7th sense is fully awake. It knows no separation, even though your five senses and mind perceive separation.
The act of waking down is about stabilizing your ability experience yourself as a unique individual.-Impersonal, not-separate expression of life, even as you go about relating and operating in a world that’s based on the myth of separation.
In this module, you’ll explore:
- Paradoxes and myths about enlightenment
- Who and what controls your life
- Differentialities between dissociation and detachment-Attachment
- Incorporating the personal and separation in the context of the impersonal, non-personal-Separation
- Living, thinking, and doing from non-separate being
Session 7 Waking Out – Integration of Awakening, Part 2
Meditation Living Life as a Way of Living (September 20)
In “waking out,” You can integrate your awakened nature of non-You can separate from all your relationships. This is where you can truly relax and feel the unshakeable faith and trust that your responses to all situations are always right.-You are the interconnected person you really feel, and you don’t have to be separate from it. Love, compassion, and well-being-Kindness can permeate your body, mind and actions as an effortless expression of your essential nature.
You are free to feel the deepest gratitude for everyone and everything around, as unique expressions the underlying Mystery that gave birth to you, them and the whole cosmos. Here, you are free from ego-As you embrace the deep realization that everything is yours, love, wisdom, and identification will flourish.
