Matthew Smith – The Flexibility Toolkit
There are more than one type of Flexibility
The The concept of flexibility was destroyed. Many have lost the ability for flexibility in their attempts to simplify and isolate. Many forms of flexibility are available, from passive to active to dynamic to static to dynamic..
The Mobility & Flexibility Toolkit Anyone who wants to improve their range of motion. We cover the entire passive to active spectrum in order to be able to actively control our joints through full range – but do so easily with little need to warmup. It is our goal to immediately have complete control over our range of motion upon waking up. The It should be.
Flexibility can be described as the simplest form of flexibility. “the quality of bending easily without breaking”. To build strength, motor control, resilience and muscle power throughout our bodies, we need a variety of tools. Don’t expect endless foam rolling, purely passive work, mobility flows or other short term increases in range. We are here to serve the long-term, and we only use the most powerful tools for the job.
If you do it right you will only have to do this once.
