How to Program Works
Because it is a DIY course you can obviously go at whatever pace you’d like, but I recommend using the same 8 week time frame the live course uses. Essentially, you will choose one SPECIFIC objective to accomplish by the end the 8 weeks (or however many you choose). You could lose 20 pounds, make $10K more in your business, or get a promotion. a You can add thousands of people to your email list for organizing your trip to India, quitting your job, finding a new one doing X, and writing the first draft to your book. a Habit of meditation every day for twenty minutes. This is to set up an online profile, find someone to date, and figure out your goals.

Every week, I send you one or more videos that will walk you through the process. a There are a variety of steps that you can use to help you achieve your goals, improve your time management skills, increase your confidence, shift your perception and overcome your fears.-Don’t make excuses. Keep your accountability strong and your vibration high. Your belief in yourself is fierce. You will never lose your drive to achieve your goal.
1x Weekly Goal Sheets
Each week you’ll reinforce the lessons in the videos and laser in on how they apply to your personal process by writing your observations down. (Fear NOT, I kept the written work simple and to-the point.
2x Monthly Recorded Q&A Calls With Jen
Every two weeks for the duration of the program, you’ll get to listen in on recordings of coaching sessions from past live groups. These recordings can be extremely valuable because they contain questions that are similar to yours. You might be able to solve a problem that would take weeks on your own with these recordings.
2x Monthly Meditation/Motivational MP3s
