Iron Palm Coconut Breaking Demonstration:18 Daoist palms The ultimate test of an iron palm is not what it is called but the material that is shattered.
Coconuts were the most prized breaking material since they were not utilized at Shaolin or the Taoist sacred mountains of O’Mie, Mo Dong, or Wu Dong.
To uncover this unique coconut cracking technique in Northwest China’s Talkalmakan desert, it needed the head of the Five Elders, Fung Doe Duk, to safeguard the Shil Lum art, merge the finest of the local Chinese Taoist internal arts, and go secretly as the leader of the TRIAD.
Fung Doe Duk fell ill after trying to cure his iron palm problem in this region of China bordering Russia.
He was saved by a Ugur tribe, who transported him to a hidden holy oasis.
Fung Doe Duk said that the two men floated along the shore and left no footprints, as per oral legend.
The tribe believed in a Coconut God.
They spent a lot of time focusing on the coconut and its many practical uses.
He observed that they would break the coconut with their hands, not smash it against a hard stone.
Any other way was considered offensive to the Coconut God.
Fung Doe Duk gave his Flying Phoenix Heavenly Chi to self and health in return for the way this tribe cracked the coconuts.-defense.
Although they were able to attack with force, this tribe lacked Fung Doe Duk’s true warrior skills.
The head of the Five Elders devised the four stages for coconut cracking.
Beyond what is broken, it’s also important to consider how it is done.
The combination of the other Panther tapes results in a well-rounded process for level 1 internaliron palm coconut breaking.-A well-rounded fighter.

Five Elders from Shil Lum were known for their work as Daoist priests, but they went underground after rebuilding their methods to instruct TRIAD members.
