Not necessary if you have the original Gourmet Nutrition, don’t worry – these are all new recipes, none of which appeared in the original.

We also received feedback saying that people want lots of photos. That’s exactly what we did. Many cookbooks only have one photo per recipe. We’ve included one for every three or four recipes. This will give you a better idea of how to present each meal and help you plan your presentation. Women and men require different serving sizes. We offer two options in every recipe: a large portion for men (500) and a smaller serving size for women (500).-700 calories; a smaller portion size for women (200).-400 calories). Take 5-6 servings per day Gourmet Nutrition meals and you’ll have a great nutrition plan for yourself – without having to do the math.
Post-Workout and Anytime Meal Classes
Research on nutrition timing has shown that the body is more tolerant of carbohydrates after exercise than during it. In short, you can eat carbs, but only when you deserve to – after you’ve exercised!
