Karin Dimitrovova – THE CORE PLAY
I don’t know about you, but that’s not my jam. Consistency and hard work have been the only things that have worked for me.
The path to any dream is made up of small steps. If you hear anything else, run.
- Imagine What It Would Be Like To.
- Be strong enough to perform handstands, arm balances, and other challenging positions
- You can effortlessly move through asana transitions
- Feel inspired and confident in your practice
- Have the energy to tackle the day and feel refreshed…
- There may be a connection.
My first yoga practice was a complete success. I was captivated by the fluid and graceful movements of my teachers. Their movements were so effortless and fluid, and I was still huffing and puffing in the back row.
And let’s not even talk about trying harder poses, such as various arm balances, headstands or handstands. These weren’t possible, no matter how hard or fast I tried.
With more and more time spent on the mat, I started seeing great benefits that the regular practice brought me – mental clarity, relaxed attitude, a level of ease. But I knew I wanted more from my body.
Here’s a quick reminder.
As a yoga teacher I feel obliged to remind you that yoga is not the journey of the body, it’s the journey within. Yoga is not about the asanas, the exercises, or the body. To soften and fall in, however, the body must be strong as well as agile.
And if you’re anything like me, you enjoy challenging things. You want to be able to do arm balances, handstands and maybe even dip your toes into other cool practices – like “animal style” Type of movement or light aerials.
You just want to feel strong and capable!
It finally hit me.
It’s a shame, but I did it. Even though I knew yoga was not designed for strength and flexibility (it’s a BYPRODUCT, not a GOAL), I still thought that going to random yoga classes is going to help me achieve the goals. There are many yogis who do crazy things on Instagram.
Well, let me burst the bubble, if you’re in the same place I was. Those people are preparing for their SKILLS. Regular yoga classes simply don’t cut it.
After I was fed up with the lack of progress, I set out to find teachers who would help me reach my goals.
Following a plan, I began to notice an increase in my flexibility and strength. Why? Because I was finally training. I found it easier to transition between asanas, my arm balances felt more stable, and my handstands weren’t a joke anymore.
HEY, YOU, LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF!
I’m Karin Dimitrovova, Yoga & Movement Teacher, and I created the program “THE CORE PLAY” People just like you.
My passion is movement. But it hasn’t always been like that. I spent many years thinking about boring things and spending a lot of time doing it. “the grind” This is the only way to go.
When I quit resisting, and started doing what I enjoyed, things changed for me.
That’s why I created this program, that combines my love for yoga and other types of movement practices, such as “animal flow” Handstand training. I found this combination to the most efficient. “enjoyment” My journey is centered on this. I believe that if you don’t like what you’re doing, you will never do it.
It sounds familiar?
I wanted to be strong, and to be able do everything I saw around me.
(yup, I blame Instagram for that and nope, I’m not ashamed to admit it)
I wanted my “Down Dog” Pose to rest in (I mean, really?
I wanted to be able to do my own practice
I want you to reach your goals.
That’s why I created this 28 day Core Strength program – to help you on your journey and show you step by step how to get the results you’re after.
It combines my love of yoga, animal movement, handstand training and my love for yoga. It is a mixture of all core-related skills I learned during my trainings as a handbalancer, gymnast, and yoga teacher.
This approach helps you strengthen your core (foundation of everything) in a PLAYFUL way so you can move with confidence, better your posture and finally – BE AND FEEL strong inside and out.
I did all the hardwork for you.
.. It doesn’t mean you won’t have to work hard to achieve what you really desire, BUT you won’t have to go through years of practice seeing no progress and beating yourself up for not being able to fulfill your expectations. Because nobody taught you how.
Our willpower generally sucks, and that’s why..
I request only 15 minutes per day.
Yup, 15 minutes. That’s it.
That’s all you need for the various exercises and yoga flows in this program. You might be thinking – “too good to be true”. It is, however, more than enough, according to me, a person who has been training for a very long time.
Yes, I understand. I thought the same thing without. “pushing” “long work”There will not be any results.
This is what I did over and over again.
I didn’t want to wait too long, or find the programs too boring/tough.
What did you get? I used them for a while, then stopped.
Because willpower by itself won’t help you achieve our goals. No no no. Willpower is a big BS.
You can buy a chocolate bar from the store and leave it on the counter for a month.
You must be determined to achieve your goals.
.. is a well-structured program you’ll enjoy enough to come back to often. It is also short and sweet.
It is smart to train JUST ENOUGH.
