Varleisha Gibbs, Ph.D., OTD, OTR/LShe is an occupational therapist who has a passion for neurological and developmental conditions. Her career has been dedicated to connecting science and practice, as well as advocating for families.-Centric approaches. She is the inaugural chair/director, and associate professor of the Master’s of Occupational Therapy at Wesley College in Dover, Delaware.

Christine Wing, Ph.D., CCC-SLPSince over 15 years, she has been working intensively with children who are at high risk of or have significant behavioral problems. She has been a close collaborator with educators, mental health professionals and therapists in both the educational and healthcare settings. Dr. Wing blends her clinical work in speech and language therapy with her own research into the links between behavior and language. As co-provider, she has provided speech and translation services.-Owner of an integrated therapy clinic that includes an occupational and physical therapist, as a well as music and psychotherapists. She has produced case studies that illustrate the effectiveness of communication.-Provides consultation to professionals throughout the United States on strategies that are based on children with challenging behavior.

Laura Ehlert, Psy.D.She is a child psychologist who has been working with adolescents and children with severe emotional/behavioral problems for more than 25 years. She has a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Her training focused on the development of children and child psychopathology. She has worked with thousands in various settings over the years including schools, outpatient mental health, residential treatment centers and partial hospital programs. Dr. Ehlert is a private practitioner in Burnsville, Minnesota. She specializes in helping clients with information and sensory processing problems and other mental, emotional and behavioral health issues. In the past, professionals who worked with Dr. Ehlert often noted that her interventions were successful where others had failed.
