These are the twelve-Week trimesters include the essentials Yoga Anatomy From the perspective of the breath and spine. Yoga’s core concepts: prana/apana and sthira/sukha are used as a lens to help you see the vast subject matter of anatomy. They are fascinating and extremely practical.

Students are able to easily grasp the concepts rather than memorizing every detail. There is also a lot of interaction between students through demonstrations, questions, and homework assignments.
