Michael Taylor
Mike Taylor is the coauthor-Strala founder with his wife Tara Stiles. He studied mind-Harvard Medical School teaches body medicine, while Oxford University teaches complementary medicine. Mike has been practicing Eastern movement and healing for over 30 years, including qi gong and tai-chi. Mike challenged centuries old wisdom and practiced Eastern movement and healing in his youth.-In hundreds of competitions, he tested martial traditions by using his unruly imagination in a world that was unbreakable. His record established the strength of finding your own way in your own body, rather than copying the techniques of other people’s traditions. Mike found his way back through Strala to good health care: helping people release stress from their bodies and minds to enable them to live their best lives and becoming their best caregivers.
