Volume 3: JKD Hand Immobilization Attacks (HIA). This volume discusses the principle behind trapping. We will first familiarize ourselves the various weapons and methods of trapping, including Wing Chun style trapping and alternative methods. Next, we will demonstrate how trapping can take all forms.
