This module is like the beginning of a book. Boxing For boxing, there are many differences from boxing. Muay Thai. We show you how to make the most of the differences between the styles.
Fundamentals, Resetting and Technique Perfect – Without the mastery of the fundamentals, you won’t be able throw superman punches and spin kicks. To defeat your opponent, you will need to master basic footwork and punches. Later, you will be able to chain everything together to win.
Jump Rope Tips and Tricks – Effective, efficient, and fun. Combining these jump rope techniques will have your friends looking at you like someone who has spent time in a boxing studio.
Elbow, knee, and kick setups – Are you having trouble fitting in elbows or knees when looking from the outside? Are you not a fan of your shin getting swollen from kicks and bruised? These are the setups that will allow you to find the openings that you desire.
Solid Hand Wrapping Techniques: Protecting your hands in boxing 101 is as simple as it gets. Substandard hand wrapping techniques have been used by professionals. This is why we offer you different ways to make sure your hands are free from the pads and heavy bags.
Module 2: Solo Drills
Once, a trainer told us: “I want to help you, but when I can’t be there, you must help yourself.” We are actually here to help without being there physically. These drills can be done solo so you can train while the rest of the world is asleep.
Unpredicted Punches. Shadowboxing 101. Tucking the Chin: Drills that you can do on your own, at your own pace and time. Drills that provide an unpregnable defense, an offense that is not prone to being told, and a chin that may never need to be tested.

Module 3: Defensive Techniques & Drills
These drills will make it easy to improve your defense. There are many drills, techniques, and insurance policies that can help you if you make mistakes.

Module 4: Partner Drills and Techniques
Here is where the program becomes serious and interactive. We use our well-developed movements to polish and show off technical aggression, evasiveness, and counter punching against an actual human target. You will also learn how to properly padwork, use padwork chains, and apply body conditioning finishes that will keep your ring looking great.
You can become fast and beautiful without the goal to look good on camera. Both will be equal. Padwork techniques that are purposeful to improve any fighter’s offense and defensive evasiveness as well as responsiveness, conditioning, and condition – for the novice practitioner to the skilled professional.
Aggressive Counter Movement – Aggressive counter movement Isn’t this an absurdity? If you use our advanced drilling techniques, it’s not. There are many ways to counter movement even if you’re aggressive.
