True Front Split
While some people might consider an Open Front Split It is also more difficult, as the majority of people who attempt the Open version have difficulty doing this one. The True Front requires that all hip muscles be stretched. Split It is done. This technique can be used in a traditional way by forcing the body down. Standing Side Split
Standing Side Split Or a Standing Open Front Split These are technical terms used in various sports and Athletic activities. The skill of a side split or open front split is determined largely by the rotation and support leg. In Figure Skating, this position is known as the I-Spin or the Y-Spin. It is also called the Heel Stretch or Bow by Cheerleading and Arrow for the Flyer Other disciplines include Yoga, Dance, Martial Arts, and Yoga. and This is a common position in gymnastics. The standing split program combines Zaichik Combining stretching techniques with other modalities. They include extended length conditioning and Reciprocal inhibition
Standing Front Split
A Standing Front Split It is often used as a demonstration skill. It is impressive. It can do much more than help you score high in competition. It helps to develop a greater awareness of one’s own body. This technique can be applied to many sports, including gymnastics and dancing, pole dancing, yoga and figure skating, cheerleading and martial arts.
