About your instructor, Anna Dahlström
Anna is a Swedish citizen UX designer, speaker and coach who’s been based in London since 2006. She’s also the founder of UX school UX Fika and the author of the upcoming book Storytelling in Design by O’Reilly.
Over the last 17 years, she’s worked as an Experience Lead and freelance UX A wide range of companies, brands, and projects have required her to be a designer. This lesson will give an overview of User Experience Design and how it fits in an organization. It also explains the relationship between marketing and CRO. The second lecture will be a deeper look at user research.
Lesson 3
How to: Customer experience maps
One of the most valuable tools for customer experience mapping is the Customer Experience Map. It will show how to use and create them.
Lesson 4
How to: User journeys
In the fourth lecture, we will be looking at how marketers can use user journeys to help optimize customer experience for new and existing products. After looking at some examples, this lecture will show you how to create them step-by-step and provide you with a template you can use as a guide.
Lesson 5
How to: information architecture & content strategy
This lecture will introduce you to Information Architecture and Content Strategy. It will also show you how to use other tools. UX Tools such as personas, user trips and experience maps can be used to define what content should go where and when.

How to: Wireframe
The sixth lecture will concentrate on wireframing. This lecture will discuss low to high fidelity wireframes, prototyping connections and tips and best practices.

How to: User testing
The second and final lecture is about user testing. This includes the different methods and when they should be used, as well as how to test for low numbers. It’ll also cover the importance of combining qualitative and quantitative data as well as how to utilize the results of user testing including how to prioritize what to do when it comes to improving the UX.
