Well, it’s time to do something about that.
All the cost of obtaining a customer is the cost. The giant profits can’t come from there. You must make the first sale to reap the huge profits.

It is important to know that I had never considered letting what was discussed in these two days extend beyond the room. I was opposed to recording it at all.
