We all allow fear to hold our backs, even though we wouldn’t consider ourselves anxious and fearful. It can influence every decision we make. It makes it difficult to break out of the patterns and take the right actions. We are drawn to situations that do not serve us well and turn away from opportunities that could help us move forward in the best direction. Additionally, fearful people tend to keep in mind the exact things that they are afraid of. This makes them more real and easier to experience.
Every person has the potential to do great things. When we are open to our inner power and let go of our fears, the entire world opens up for us. We feel more at home in every situation—even the ones that we used to avoid out of fear. We can let go of the worries and fears that occupy our minds and bodies, and this helps to calm our minds and bodies.

Dissolving Fear’s Energy – Building Courage
It becomes easier to let go of fear as we become more comfortable with recognizing it. It feels more like a momentary feeling than a real threat to what we treasure. As we begin to recognize our courage, we can see, hear and feel it everywhere. Then, we learn to use it to release fear and allow ourselves to experience the goodness that is always within us.
Let go of the desire to change the past
All of our fears stem from the past. If we wish to change the past, we will continue to make the same mistakes in our efforts to change it. If we stop trying to change what is, we can embrace the reality of what is and tap into the power that is always flowing towards a positive outcome. This gives us the freedom to live a fearless lifestyle.
What do you expect to happen?
Lester Levenson used the expression, “Fear and it will appear.” He observed that fear of any kind or degree, including extreme anxiety and panic attacks, can cause one to feel afraid.-Of-The-Our consciousness is stuck with worry and worrying, even the jitters. When we place an emphasis on avoiding fear, it becomes a permanent mantra (a focus point for meditation) that restricts our happiness, wealth, success and awareness of Freedom. Fear can prevent us from doing what we’d like or need to do, because we construct elaborate “what ifs,” or our expectations around action. Fear can also prevent us from letting go. “problems,” since we can’t predict what will happen when we drop our guard.
When we see something in the wOderld that we don’t like, we think to ourselves, “I hope that doesn’t happen to me” or “I hope that never happens again.” The mind imagines the fear as if it were real. “I want this to happen to me.” This is how our creative energy flows in that direction. Remember that the mind can only create in pictures. Since it cannot translate the words not, never, or don’t into imagery, it ignores them.
All of this happens below the consciousness level. Most of us don’t consciously affirm to ourselves that we want to get sick. We don’t say, “I want to lose money” Oder “I want to have an accident.” We have all said the contrary. Every time we do, without realizing it, we’re holding what we fear in mind.
Beyond the Stories of Fear
Everybody has stories about fear that are based on past events. These stories can lead to repeating the same story over and over. You will see the truth in your story and live less under the shadow of fear and uncertainty when you let go.
False Evidence Appears Real
FEAR is an acronym that stands for False evidence appearing real. Most people’s fearful expectations are totally unfounded. Even when fears appear to have a foundation in reality, they are usually blown out of proportion to the actual risk—if there even is a risk.
When we are afraid, we often don’t see the situation clearly with our full discernment. Our intuition and clear reasoning are blocked. We can immediately let go of fear by recognizing it as false and free ourselves from the chains that hold us back. We can let go of fear completely when we see it as false. The fear can be let go more easily. This can make all the difference in our lives as well as our wealth and success.
Freedom from the Security/Survival Program
To release all fearful feelings, you can let go of your Wanting Security Program. All of us feel insecurity in different degrees due to the belief that we are a hostile body. It is important to care for the body and protect it as needed. However, the more we identify the body with it, the less secure we feel. We feel more secure when we stop seeking security. When we release our belief in the body as who we are, all our insecurity melts away.
Asking the right question
If we feel afraid, or in a strong emotion, we often want to find out why. This question not only causes us to lose our way in trying to find the answer, but also allows us to ask the mind for help justifying the feeling. This reinforces the feeling and makes it difficult to let it go.
What is the right question to ask? Instead of asking for help when you feel afraid, “Why do I feel this way?” ask your mind, “How can I let this go?” Oder “How can I tap my courage?” You can give your mind this positive task and it will lead you to the answers you are looking for.
Tap into Your Inner Certainty
All of us have the ability to find inner clarity and certainty. One of ways we keep second guessing ourselves is by looking for the answers where they aren’t. The more we look to the past to understand the present, the more we ignore our own intuitive knowingness and clear reason—the things that help us deal appropriately with whatever is actually happening now.
Don’t try to fit into your fearful expectations
Fear can lead to a narrowing of our awareness and a program that seems to hold us back. Because we have no actual limits—we all have unlimited potential and energy—there is nothing in this world or our inner world that can hold us back unless we give it the power to do so. We can free ourselves from these limiting beliefs by letting go of our desire to fit into them.
How has Courage Already Helped You In Your Life?
Our inner limitations often filter our lives. It is possible to see courage as a living presence in your life if you look at it from a different perspective. This will help us to find courage when we are most in need.
Who’s Afraid?
We feel fearful when we feel it. Yet if we really look we can find that the feeling is just that—a feeling, not who we are. We can see that the fear is not us. It doesn’t seem that way. We are the only one who is afraid. This is how we see what is beyond fear and limitations that is already plainly visible. This liberates us from fear and our sense of being limited.
Embracing the One Without a Second
We feel safer if we accept our unlimited nature. When we come to realize that we are not isolated from the world around us, but an integral part of it all, we feel more at home in our own lives and our skin. To feel safe and secure inside, you must know who you really are.
