It doesn’t matter what kind of training you are doing, it is better to make sure that your body works optimally from the inside and your training is maximized on the outside.
As many as you like “extra-curricular supplements” You can do as much as you like, but if your body isn’t treated as an entire organism, optimizing recovery, controlling inflammation, and balancing hormonal levels – it will BREAK DOWN very quickly. Your gains won’t last long and will be short-term.

In fact, I have always preferred working with drug-free trainees because it’s more of a challenge and requires a more thoughtful & intelligent approach. If we want them beat their drug-free counterparts, we must analyze each aspect! They are more likely to respond to intelligent instructions. “whole body” approach.
Professional bodybuilders can use drugs or not, but they are the same as you. While we may have different training loads and caloric requirements than others, our goal is to get 100% from our bodies. We push ourselves to the limit, reduce injuries, get as much as possible back up, and then do it again.
Myself and other smarter bodybuilders focus on optimizing recovery, both short-term and long-term. This is what will limit muscle growth. You will be anabolic (growing) if you recover quicker. You can improve your ability to recover quicker and train more often to stimulate new growth.

Weights #1 Obsession with lifting heavy!
Have you ever noticed that your warm-up sets feel more like a muscle than your workouts? “working sets”? Isn’t that true? Lighter weights burn more calories than heavy ones. Is that why?
The main reason is that your focus is not on stabilizing a body weight. It’s likely you’re using every muscle around it to move it. This range is smaller than when the lighter weight was. Problem is, the TENSION has shifted everywhere except the working muscles!
Your body adapts and begins to use all the safety measures it can. While you can lift heavy weights all day, if your muscles are not in optimal tension, you will not see any improvement in your legs and arms. If you can’t “feel” You won’t be capable of exhausting your muscles enough to trigger the hormonal, metabolic, or nervous system response necessary for muscle growth.
The solution:
Tension! Tension! Tension! NOT Heavy Weight! Introduce: Intent
Your muscles don’t know how much weight you are lifting. This is a common refrain. They don’t know if you are lifting 10 lbs or 100. The ONLY things muscles know is TORQUE, or for us less scientifically-inclined, tension.
We can increase muscle growth by increasing TENSION.
“WHAT ON EARTH is he talking about?”
What if I said there was a BREAKTHROUGH approach that lets you use half the weight and maintain the same amount tension on each muscle? Intent allows you to selectively fatigue all the muscles in your body without having it burn out all your joints.
It sounds too good to be true. Intent can be tried for free in a matter of seconds.
Intent can change tension by A technique that is almost invisible to the naked eye. As you do an exercise, your feet or hands pull inwards or push outwards. This different motion causes your muscles to fire in a different manner and makes you sore for the next day.
Reason #2 shevs lifting Believing you have “genetically weak” Body parts
All of us share the same goal. “strong” All body parts. These are the parts that seem to grow regardless of what you do. They grow faster than the rest. Ever wonder why different parts of your body don’t develop at the same pace? Imagine if there was a way for you to improve your ability to develop your body at the same pace. “weak” The growth of your body parts is the same as that of yours “strong” Which body part is it? This will be a great gift for your loved ones:
The solution:
Breaking Crappy Lifting Technique & Re-Training Movement Patterns
You need to replace old bad movement patterns with better ones. This is the #1 reason why you can’t grow, for any lifter, even serious bodybuilders. This is key to growing. These ranges can be more complicated than you might think.
A muscle is at its weakest when it is either fully extended or reduced in length. It is crucial to place your muscle in the full range of motion where you are least familiar. This will allow you to develop untapped, untrained muscle fibers. These weak areas will help to maximize the strength of the whole muscle. It’s similar to when the worst player of the team improves, even if it is a small increase, all members of the team benefit.
In a short time, I will teach you how each muscle functions so that you can manipulate everything, including hip position, shoulder position, hip orientation and spine flexion/extension, wrist position, elbow position, wrist position, and wrist position. “weak” You can say goodbye to your body parts forever.

#3 Reason for Weights “Have I done enough? Or Should I do more?”

NOS ™– a.k.a. Neurological Overload sets
The training of neurological overload is directly responsible for growth spurts, and the ability to overcome plateaus. The fourth and last set of any exercise, usually for any exercise in a work out, is four consecutive drop sets. Each weight should be performed in increments 20%.
NOS ™ has proven more effective than any other intensifier technique – beats everything else, hands down. NOS ™ is a great way to overload the muscle, create metabolic debt, as well as overload the nervous system to force adaptation. Reason #4 Not able to stimulate maximal testosterone response
Lifting weights stimulates the endocrine to produce more muscle-building chemicals, such as testosterone, IGF-1, and growth hormone. This creates the ideal biological environment to support muscle growth. What kind of workouts trigger the most anabolic response in the endocrine systems?

You might be curious about the significance of the 40th number. This is the most significant number. program It is because it has the highest scientific significance. MI40.
