HIIT Arms – This workout will have you doing three supersets and toning finishers. Then, there will be three rounds of timed exercises. HIIT A series of high intensity, short-term workouts is combined.-High intensity intervals of active recuperation are followed by intensity exercises.
Cardio HIIT Plyometrics: Plyometrics is a fast and explosive movement that can strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular health, boost metabolism, and increase heart rate. This workout will do the trick if all of that sounds appealing to you! Kelly Lee You will be guided through a set of high-intensity plyometrics that will help you reach total body fitness.
HIIT Core – This workout consists of 5 supersets and toning finishes. HIIT A series of high intensity, short-term workouts is combined.-High intensity intervals of active recuperation are followed by intensity exercises.
HIIT Legs – This workout will have you complete three supersets, followed by a six minute sequence in which you will do as many reps (AMRAP).
Full-Body Toning – In this exercise, you will do five supersets and finish with toning.
Stretch & Flex – In this workout, you will have a chance to recuperate while keeping yourself healthy with a combination of stretching and myofascial release.
HIIT Total Body – This workout will invigorate your whole body using tabata supersets. You will also complete a four minute sequence where you will do as many reps as you can before taking a much-needed rest.
