I couldn’t resist mentioning something important, which is only my personal experience over the years of working with clients.

When there is a chronic & unrelenting buildup of the UnDone & UnSaid [especially the latter] the body has to contend with the blocked & layered “stuff” biologically. Think of it all as little packets of information & energy bundled up together.

My personal non-medical experience I’ve observed that this is often the beginning & continuation of biological toxic disease. Why? Because the little packets OVERFLOW and become too small, too crowded, and overflow into our biological terrain. This is the bad news.

The great news is that, even as we begin to remove layers, the healing biases of the Universe help us to dump them. “crap” [a highly-technical term!] and move back into alignment with better working relationships with our mind, spirit, energy & biologically-Challenged body
It is because of the combination of small packets that both contain information AND energy.
We access & clear the energetics and the information follows along nicely.
Sometimes this reworking is done at a lightning speed-It can be almost miraculous to see alignment.
It’s not… but it’s very lucky indeed!
