XTrain This product has been specifically designed to work around most people’s busy schedules. There are hundreds of other ways that you can make it work. XTrain You can do the program. So you are not restricted to the standard 90-day program. Like in Cross Train Express: Each of the XTrain You have the option to do a short, approximately 15-minute, single muscle group strength workout after your cardio workout. You can also add optional 100 rep challenges as a strength training option to any cardio workout. You can also, XTrain Multiple body part workouts can be found in the STS program. But, this time, we have decreased the amount of equipment and time required.
