My Take On The Program
I bought this program because I’m a fan of Greg’s stuff so I was interested in this. It has been working for me for 3 months. The results have been amazing. Although I knew the principle of Greg’s training, his program is very well-designed. The key to success is to keep your workouts short and focussed on building strength.
I took the Kinobody Survey to find out if the program is right for you. This was the best choice.
Many people make the error of trying to do too many things, such as going to the gym six times per week. Because you feel like you are progressing the fastest, this might be the easiest way for you to do. ‘doing more’You have to use your mind. Greg built his program around science. His stuff is contrary to the status quo, I assure you.
He will show you how to combine his nutrition tips with your training to get the most out of your workouts. He teaches intermittent fasting, and a minimalistic training method to maximize super compensation.

Encourage intermittent fasting, less training per week, and enjoy your life while getting ripped. This is something you don’t see in most other programs. This is why I love this program. The fitness industry is filled with scams and junk.
Greg’s workouts and nutrition strategies were based on science and experience. It is easy and enjoyable to make it work over the long term. You can have a few drinks throughout the week. You can still get the pizza you craved all week and continue your training.
You will find balance in this program and a natural method to get ripped. Advanced bodyweight exercises will help you become stronger and more efficient.
Three times per week you will be training, approximately 6 exercises. Concentrate on the two exercises that you are most interested in mastering first. This is because you are the strongest at the beginning of your workout so you should use that strength to your advantage. There will be one workout and another. These will be switched every time. This means that you will perform the same exercises twice per week. Then, the second time every week, the third. This is what you should do.

I’ve fully mastered the 1 handed pull up by following his program. I struggled to move forward and was always stuck. After watching Greg’s videos for over 4 years now, I always waited for a guide from him to show me how to do it. And man I’m able to actually pump 3 reps out.
I’ve always been struggling with getting ripped because I love to eat big. I’m not meant to eat 6 small meals per week. So when I finally came across Greg’s stuff the results were astounding. No more training seven days a week. No more than 6 small meals per day. No. It’s three times per week that I train and then I eat 3 big meals every day.
I’m actually able to maintain it now while still enjoying alcohol and nice foods.
What I Like
These are the things that I love about this program:
His minimalistic teaching style is what he uses to teach you. Training only three times per week, and you will see a significant improvement in your ability to progress faster than any time before. I personally have not experienced any plateau’s.
He teaches you how to eat. You can still eat pizza and fries while losing weight. You won’t feel like you are losing weight. You can still enjoy some drinks. This will not impact your social life. Actually, it’s the complete opposite.
His program is science-based.
It’s easy to use, and it’s fun.
It can be done outside or in the gym.

What I don’t Like
You may be wondering why I gave this software a 4.8 rating instead of a 5. This is the reason:
His method of performing the exercises is different from mine. It is clear that some exercises are incorrectly performed from a physiotherapeutic standpoint. It could be that core involvement is more important from time to again, which is better to prevent injury.
Also, L-related products-Sitting should be done with straight, not bent arms. Although this is minor, it can make a big difference. These 2 items can make your workout even more enjoyable.
That being said, I have reached the conclusion.
