Course Goals
To help learners develop a deep understanding and awareness Foam Roller You can do a variety of exercises on it. To be able apply this knowledge to develop a personal program for clients with differing abilities and needs.
Course Outcomes
The instructor will be able instruct intermediate to advanced exercises. Foam Roller Clients of various ages and abilities can be served. The learner will be able identify which exercises may need to modified for a specific client group, and will be able adapt or move an exercise as necessary.
Course Structure
The course consists of 12 units. You are granted 100 days access. Once you purchase, you have immediate access and can start immediately. Log in and head to unit 1. You will find the video and the instructions to teach the exercise on each screen. This covers alignment, breathing and correct technique. It also includes modifications, progressions and contraindications. You will find the relevant page from the Pilates Union beneath each video. Foam Roller This manual contains detailed text and an explanation. This manual is available online with JPEG images of all movements.
You can work at the pace you prefer and log in whenever you have the time.
