Over 25 years I have been lifting weights. When I first started. Integral StrengthI was skeptical that I would ever be able to develop the strength and flexibility necessary. How long does it take?
For the first couple of weeks, you’ll want to set aside more time to review the materials and practice the movements, but each training session should take less than 45 minutes (at the longest) to complete.
From three weekly sessions at the beginning, to eventually four by the end of the cycle, the recommended number of weekly sessions increases to six. If you aren’t able to commit to that many training sessions, you can simply do the listed sessions in order, taking more time between training and extending the overall duration of the program. It’ll still work out great.
What are the exercises included?
Probably nothing you haven’t seen before.
There’s jumping, squatting, pressing, pulling, bridging, and a couple of holds. All together, there’s just ten classic, proven exercises with progressive variations from beginner to advanced, and you can see most of them in the video near the top of the page.
Most importantly, we’ll show you how to do each one correctly and tie them together with the best programming to translate your strength gains to the real world.
This will get me jacked, help me lose weight, or teach me how to play guitar.
Nope.
This program is intended to increase strength and mobility skills. Your muscles will probably grow as they get stronger, but the protocols here are not optimized for hypertrophy, and we didn’t choose exercises based on aesthetics.
If you’re eating quality foods and restricting calories, you may lose weight, or you may not. That’s a whole complicated can of worms, but the most important thing to understand is that your diet plays a much bigger role than your workout. However, this program certainly won’t hurt if you’ve got your nutrition in order.

Due to my previous experience with bodyweight training (doing Reddit workouts and weightlifting), the beginning of IS felt a bit slow. Now that I am at the end of the program I can admit that I understand the method and it’s madness. I was so focused on sets and reps that I didn’t take into consideration how I felt while performing the exercises. Although I was conscious of form, it can be detrimental to my ability to do x amount of reps. It was a wake-up call.-Give us a call.
I can say with confidence that I have seen a number of gains from this program. First, I pulled.-The ups have improved. Pull has been slow for me.-For quite some time, I have been making good progress. Although the amount of work that I can do is slightly less, the quality of my exercise and the ease with which it is performed has greatly improved. My shoulders are much stronger.
The same goes for core strength. Yoga is something I have tried out and it was great! I can do challenging arm balances with ease now that I am a yoga instructor. I have also noticed a significant improvement in my handstand. I haven’t done any practice since I started IS but I did try it yesterday. I felt more confident, stable, and in control than ever before. It is much easier to maintain hip strength and stability. This has been a limitation in my barbell-squats and something I haven’t really done is fix it. I am excited to see the results in a few weeks!
