You You could lose precious time, and even more money, if you go in the wrong direction.
John Malanca – The Sacred Plant – How To Make It Work For You Masterclass
Dear Friend
You You want it to be EASY.
You You want to be prescribed a pill that will make your pain and discomfort disappear.
Medical cannabis CAN be that simple… but not at first.
Do you recall when you learned to drive a car for the first time?
There was much to learn and coordinate. But once you got it down, it was second nature.
The It is a sacred plant.
It’s simply learning the basics…
3 Big Core Problems
Cannabis as medicine
1. You You can see that this healing plant has many parts.
It There are over 500 molecules that can be used to support your endocannabinoid systems. I’ll talk more about this in a minute.
Because it’s complex, there are many variables to consider.
That’s why there’s NO standard dosage for everyone.
Let me repeat it.
Any company or individual that offers you a standard dose should be run.
CBD is a wonderful supplement for overall wellness.-being.
But, it’s typically not enough to treat a health condition, ailment, or disease.
2. So where should you start?
If you check online, you’ll find thousands of blogs, articles, forums, and even ‘experts.’ And if you read and listen to many of them, you’ll find conflicting information and opinions.
Which person do you believe in? Which information are you able to trust?
What happens to you if your advice is wrong?
You You could lose precious time, and even more money, if you go in the wrong direction.
There’s only one thing worse than going in the wrong direction.
Can you guess the meaning of that?
Be enthusiastically going in the wrong directions
3. You You want it immediately, today, or yesterday!
Everything is available at our fingertips.
You To reach someone halfway around the world, dial your phone. You will be connected immediately.
You want to read a new book – just download one to your reader and you’re ready to go in seconds.
You Get sick, Big Pharma already has it. ‘one-size-fits-all-pill’ For you.
Doctors refer to it as “disease” ‘a-pill-for-an-ill.’
These pills can cause serious and sometimes fatal side effects. Side effects that require more pills.
But these pills don’t cure you.
They just mask the symptoms, which means you’re still sick.
Your body still feels the effects of the illness.
How much do all these pills cost?
It’s not just about the extra cost, but also the added burden on your body from ongoing illnesses.
The Healing is possible with the help of sacred plants
The healing power of this plant has been shown to be effective in the treatment of over 200 diseases.
However, the treatment of each condition is different.
Each person is different, so how you treat them will vary.
This means that people with the same condition often have two treatment options.
With medical cannabis, there’s currently NO standard dosing like there is with Big Pharma.
And that’s a good thing. I’ll explain why in a moment.
Unfortunately, health insurance doesn’t cover cannabis medicine YET (unless you use the synthetic forms which I don’t recommend in most cases).
You can still save money on your medication if you only purchase what your body requires.
How Do you know what this is?
I’ll show you exactly how you can answer that right here.
How To Choose Your Medicine
For the best results, there are 4 ways to get them.
Medical Cannabis
1. Personalized meds are better than generic. ‘one-size-fits-all-pill.’
“Medical cannabis helps my husband, so why doesn’t the same medicine help me?” These are common questions we receive.
This brings us back. ‘there’s NO standard dosage.’ So what may work for one person may not be appropriate for another.
With over 500 molecules, there’s a lot of versatility in this healing plant.
That’s why you need to personalize your medicine.
This way, you’ll get the most potent effect and potentially see positive results faster. And you’ll treat the core of your condition while also helping improve other aspects of your health
You’ll also experience overall wellness and well-being.
2. It’s important to START LOW, GO SLOW, and BE CONSISTENT with your sacred plant medicine.
You are asked to be patient.
Start with 1 to 2 mgs and gradually increase the dose over 3 to 4 weeks. This allows your body build tolerance and avoid any potential adverse effects.
Slowly introducing the healing medication allows your receptors and cells to stabilize over time. This prevents oversaturation.
It is important to take the time upfront to understand and feel confident about your treatment. This will ensure that you receive the best possible results.
This plant is healing and superfood.
Just as you need to continue to take vitamins to ensure you’re getting ongoing support, you need to be consistent with your medicine.
3. A journal can help you keep track of your progress.
Note how you’re feeling, what you’re experiencing, and the type of relief you’re having.
Also, check out other areas around your body-Being able to monitor any changes.
These observations will allow you to observe how your body reacts to different stages of your medication over time.
It will also help you understand the best treatment for you, particularly if you need to adjust your protocol or medicine.
4. You It is important to know the basics of medicine, how it works, how it works and how you can use it.
It’s like knowing the basics of driving a car… and knowing how to fill up with gas.
You You need to be able to quickly respond to any unexpected circumstances. The more you know about it, the better it’ll serve you.
You You may have to adjust your protocol slightly because things change.
You can modify your formula by increasing or decreasing the strength or frequency.
By understanding your medicine, you’ll have the confidence to feel free to do so.
This is a huge bonus, as it significantly reduces the time spent waiting and travelling to specialists. And think of the thousands of dollars you’ll save in specialist’s fees over time.
But, the best bonus is that you’ll be capable of knowing how to make yourself feel better almost immediately.
You can travel without waiting and incur extra costs.

3 Tips to Choose the Right
Medicine to Meet Your Needs
To help you understand how to select the best option for your specific needs… I share an example of my fictional friend Karen and what she would do for each of the following 3 tips.
You must have medical cannabis formulations that are for you.
Formulations can contain more CBD and THC than CBD.
Your medicine must be specific to you.
1. What’s the purpose of your treatment?
You might also want to know what side effects and symptoms you are experiencing.
Once you’ve established those, you can connect-The-Click on the dots to find out which cannabinoid or terpene benefits best suit your needs.
Though this process can seem daunting, when you break it down into its simplest terms – it’s like playing a straightforward ‘matching game.’
And can be as Easy as 1–2–3!
Let’s take a look at an example.
Karen loves working in her garden. Karen loves to work in her garden, but her Rheumatoid Arthritis has been causing her pain.
Karen hopes to alleviate her pain and inflammation, as well as to have the energy she needs to accomplish her daily tasks.
Karen therefore needs cannabinoids, terpenes, and other substances that target pain and inflammation and increase energy.
Karen could therefore use the following formula:
Inflammation: CBD, CBDa, THCa, Caryophyllene, Myrcene
Pain relief: THC, CBN, CBD, Linalool, Pinene
Energie-CBD, Limonene: Boosting/uplifting
The Delivery method should be tailored to your requirements.
Before you take any decision, answer these questions:
2a. How How long can you keep your medicine afloat?
2b. How You need it fast “kick-in?”
2c. 2.
This step will help you get home-Find the best way to get it done.
Perhaps you need help with occasional severe pain that comes on abruptly but doesn’t last long. For example, a shooting pain in the knee that flares up after climbing too many stairs.
For You may find yourself in need of some temporary relief until your body has a chance to recharge. An option that’s fast-Acting in the short-term may prove useful.
Or, if you need ongoing relief for a chronic issue, you’ll want the longest-Lasting option possible.
Chronic issues are not important if you can provide continuous relief.
Problems such as not being able hold your medicine under your lips for long enough could be setbacks.
Oder you might be sensitive to certain smells and tastes.
Perhaps you have a digestive condition that prevents the medicine from absorbing in your gut, so swallowing it isn’t your best option.
Knowing what obstacles you face will help you find the right path to success.
Let’s revisit Karen’s example.
As you recall, Karen loves working in her garden. There are days when she is more in pain and discomfort than others.
However, RA can be a chronic condition.
Karen is looking for ongoing help to prevent flares-Symptoms include excessive inflammation and pain. Therefore, she must look for long.-Lasting relief that lasts all day
She’d also like to have an option for additional pain relief for those occasions of spiking flare-ups.
An application for Karen might include:
A systemic treatment, such as capsules or tinctures that enter the bloodstream, can last up to six hours.
For Additional relief from flares-ups, Karen can add a topical option to apply directly to her affected hands and joints
You can narrow down your options by knowing whether or not your medication needs to be in your bloodstream to combat a disease or condition, and to prevent future problems.
You’ve reached the last step to map out the best dose and frequency for your needs.
At this point, you’ve completed steps 1 and 2.
You’ve pinpointed your aims and chosen the matching cannabinoids and terpenes.
And you’ve chosen a method of delivery.
There is one more step.
3. MATCH the recommended dosage for your condition. (You’ll find these in our materials.)
Remember that less is not always more.
That’s why we always recommend starting LOW and going SLOW.
Once you’ve matched your recommended dose, start low and slowly increase in regular increments as necessary.
This allows you to determine the best level of relief without side effects.
Remember, each person has a unique formula that’s best for them.
We’re going to continue with Karen’s example.
But first, I’d like to clarify that this is just an example of how someone may derive the best dose, and is not a recommendation for anyone dealing with RA.
Karen, as we have already mentioned, needs constant relief.
It allows her to adjust to her new medication in comfort by starting at night.
Next, gradually add mornings and middays.-Day doses are recommended to provide relief throughout the day.
Download immediately John Malanca – The Sacred Plant – How To Make It Work For You Masterclass
Karen’s dosing plan could look something like this:
3 to 5 mg of whole herb medicine three times per day
This includes cannabinoids as well as terpenes, such the THCa and Limonene mentioned above.
Night Time: Again, CBD and THCa are included as well as CBN, Linalool, Myrcene, and THCa. These can have a mild relaxing effect to help calm her joints and help reverse the day medicine’s energizing effects with relaxing ones.
Apply topically as needed. THCa or THCa can be used to relieve joint pain.-ups.
This helps prevent Karen’s excess inflammation, pain, and help improve her overall energy.
And you’re done!
You see, it CAN be as Easy as 1–2–3!!
Here’s Your 1-2-3 Plan
Why is Cannabis so complicated?
Yet, so effective?
What is the ECS and how does it work?
A scientist discovered the Endocannabinoid System in the 1990s.
The ECS is a biological system that functions in the same way as your cardiovascular, respiratory, and lymphatic systems. And it’s responsible for maintaining homeostasis. Homeostasis can be described as the balance of all your system.
The ECS monitors all the systems to make sure they’re working in harmony. ECS assists in bringing a system back into harmony by regulating it.
Let me explain how.
Throughout your life, you’ll encounter certain triggers.
Poor eating habits, stressors daily, and other factors can trigger ECS deficiencies.
These deficiencies can cause chronic conditions and even death.
The ECS is made up of neurotransmitters as well as receptors. These neurotransmitters can be thought of as carrier pigeons carrying messages. And th receptors are the pigeons’ cubby destination.
The message is to either turn it ON or off.
For For example, if your finger is sliced, the ECS will send a message to your immune system to turn on and treat the inflammation.
Your immune system will still be on until it is notified to turn off.
The ECS is the switching method-master.
It It helps to control the right amount of inflammation. Too much inflammation can cause disease.
Too little can cause infection and make it difficult to heal the wound.
The ECS can’t work with deficiencies and inflammation regulation can be compromised. Disease follows.
That’s where cannabis’s role comes to the rescue.
The sacred plant was believed to have been revered in Japan as early as 10,000 years ago. We’ve evolved together with this plant for much longer.
For For thousands of years, the healing plant was loved and carried by millions of people around the globe.
We must now understand why.
Scientists have discovered that cannabis molecules can be used to treat cancer. ‘fit-like-a-glove’ Inject the ECS receptors.
They’ve also discovered that CBD and THC molecules match up almost identically with the naturally occurring neurotransmitters within our ECS, known as 2AG and Anandamide.
What is the big deal with this?
Because cannabis can fill the gaps in your ECS.
It is like a perfect patch for an existing hole.
This boost helps ensure the ECS can efficiently maintain harmony in ALL your body’s systems again.
This also means that by helping your body get back to normal, it also improves your body’s ability to heal itself.
Allow your body to heal itself and solve your original problem. And as your body heals, it’ll need less cannabis medicine.
This is the amazing benefit of the holy plant.
It helps you heal.
How To Make Cannabis Work For You
Cannabis has more than 500 molecules that can help you heal.
There are over 113+ cannabisoids, more than 200+ terpenes and a wide range of flavonoids.
Each individual engages in the body differently and plays a unique role.
They are more effective when many of these constituents collaborate through the entourage effect.
As a team effort, each constituent supports the other.
The Cannabis is incredibly versatile due to its many molecules.
Cannabis can treat over 200 diseases and conditions. Science is learning more every single day.
Cannabis is also safe and has no side effects, according to research.
Therefore, unlike some conventional treatments, with cannabis, it’s a win-win!
Because of the many molecules and their unique effects, it is important to tailor the protocol to your needs.
Cannabis is a completely different type of medicine.
In the same light of why cannabis is so effective, it also explains why it’s so complicated.
We’re each unique. Take a look at your family.
You all have similar genes, yet you’re all different. You Look different, even slightly or completely.
You all have different dietary habits, metabolisms, and reactions to medicines.
That means what’s right and good for one person may not necessarily be right for another. It’s as easy as eating a banana.
Some people are allergic, some don’t like the taste, some are sensitive to the acid, and some could eat it morning, noon, and night.
Each person is unique. Everyone is unique.
The Similar could be said of your cannabis medicine.
How You can create your own protocol
Growing up, we were taught if you’re sick, you get a pill.
It’s the same pill that thousands of people with similar symptoms received.
But there’s a big problem with the ‘one-size-fits-all’ principle. All these people are different, and they’ll each have their own reaction to the same pill.
Why is it so?
Because everyone is different.
You are unlikely to find the same thing for everyone.
These pills are not effective in treating the root problem but they mask symptoms.
Personalized medicine is all about treating the individual. The body can heal the entire person approach to address the root issue naturally.
You need to be able to identify which cannabis molecules work best in this case to heal your whole body.
Each of the hundreds upon hundreds of molecules plays a different role within the ECS.
And that’s why cannabis medicine is so complicated. That’s also why it’s not a ‘one-size-fits-all’ Approach is a great thing.
This is because personalized medicine allows you to have this healing plant customized for your specific health issue.
The band is not galactically superior to personalized cannabis medicine.-Aid ‘one-size-fits-all’ Approach because it addresses the root cause of your problem.
The It’s easy to get your medication personalized.
The cannabis plant is like 500 people sharing a room.
Ask each of the 500 people to fix your car.
It’s unlikely, as it would be a waste your valuable time and energy. Most likely, you’d specifically seek out mechanics.
You now have a list of mechanics. Now you can zoom in on those who are working on your vehicle type.
Suddenly you realize that out of 500 people, you’ve got only 3 mechanics that fit the bill. This is how cannabis could be seen as medicine.
It’s important first and foremost to know what each component is capable of doing. Next, match each component to your needs.
The hard part of personalizing your medicine has now been completed.
Now it’s time for you to begin healing.
And to help ensure you attain the best results possible, as comfortably as possible…
