It is important to watch what you eat. You also need to exercise hard.-4 times a week, and you’re taking all the right supplements.
What is the reason for this? “scary” thing? Because even though you’re doing all the things you’re SUPPOSED TO, the love handles are still there, your pants are still tight, and you’re still UNCOMFORTABLE taking your shirt off.
