Root Chakra1st Meditation Our extraordinary journey begins with our root chakra or base chakra. This is where we go from instinctual survival to genuine connection with Earth. and life force energy. It’s the opening of the portal for the Kundalini, or the feminine shakti (power of raw creation).

Sacral Chakra, 2nd Meditation – We continue our process with our second or sacral chakra— known as the relationship chakra. This allows us to express our creativity, sexuality and abundance. and connectedness.

I have always traveled out through my heart, so  I was amazed by the kaleidoscopic universe that presented itself to me once I experienced this quantum chakra clearing.

Heart Chakra, 4th Meditation – The blocks in our Heart Center limit our spiritual growth. We are disconnected, dissatisfied, numb or hurting… We’ve stuffed our emotions for so long we have lost our ability to truly feel.
