A: Â I thought the exact same thing when I first started as a real estate investor. Â I was trying time the market. Â To be honest, I was trying to make excuses for not getting in sooner. Â I didnât know the first thing about market cycles or anything. Â The best analogy that I can offer is jumping in the pool. Â The market is saturated with foreclosures. Â Preventing them from reaching the bottom is my preference.-Foreclosure so that I can get all the equity.

- Maybe. How many false starts and stumbles will you have? You can try to piece meal a solid real estate education that way, but youâll have many false starts and incorrect and correct guesses.
