LET’S GET STARTED!
Start with a low step, and then follow the instructor’s instructions to learn more about each option. It will take five minutes.-Ten classes to help you get the most out of your class ‘step legs’. You only need to wear comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes and a sweat towel. You will also be given an exercise step. Give it five, no matter what. Once you’ve got five BODYSTEP classes under your belt it’ll come naturally – just like riding a bike!
