Developed by the world’s leading sports doctors and exercise physiologists in conjunction with Conor McGregor to get you into fighting fit shape fast!
You will have access to:
- Your 12 week custom fighter workout program, tailored to your life and level of experience. The program combines both aerobic and anaerobic conditioning workouts selected from our data bank of over 800 individual training drills. To maximize training stimulus and recovery, they are ordered in specific sequences. You will need a weight bag, a treadmill and an exercise bike. To track your workout performance, you will also need a heart monitor.
