How it works
MindSparke offers a pre-training program.-A defined set of exercises to improve your focus and solve problems.-Ability to solve problems and memory. No special skills are required for this training. The exercises begin with a series of simple squares that are placed on a grid. You will be asked to repeat the sequence. As you improve your mental abilities and learn more about patterns, you will find it easier to recognize repeating elements and follow them.
The training begins at approximately 15 minutes per days and gradually increases to around 30 minutes after the first two weeks. For optimal results, we recommend training 4 to 5 times per week for at least two months.
