This online course begins your journey on the StrongFit Prerequisite for coaching is the track-You must be ready to join. Richard During his Coaches Week intensive training. Once the Seminar Once Coaches Week is over, you’ll be invited to the StrongFit Coaches Mentoring Program.
There will be many of Movement demonstrations and practice are encouraged during the seminar. We encourage you to film yourself performing the movements & upload them to the StrongFit Ask questions and grow as a coach and athlete in the community Facebook group
