Brandon His mother and grandmother raised him in Queens, NY. Brandon His grandmother was his only roommate until he reached 16. Although they weren’t poor, they were far from wealthy as he struggled in school. He was a rebel and didn’t follow orders well. This led to him always getting into trouble. He was 16 when he began to join gang activity. After being expelled at three schools in Orlando, FL. He managed to get his high school diploma with just a 2.2 GPA. He struggled to find a job after high school. He worked mediocre jobs, and sold drugs for his parents for 2 years. After working in a barbershop, he decided to go to college. After four years, he realized that college wasn’t the right choice for him. He wanted to do what his family wanted and what his life required, but he wasn’t able to. After deciding to do something different, he applied for his real estate license. He gave up on trying to be a typical realtor and found real estate investing. He is now a successful real estate investor and has earned well over six figure per year. He is able to support his family, friends, and students.
