Steel Mace Vinyasa™ – Lvl 1 Foundations It is an online guide that will prove to be foolproof. This online guide will help you to learn to stabilize, then move on to dynamic movement, torque development, and handle the steel mace using maximum proprioceptive knowledge.
We place emphasis on skill development and moving from simple to more complex movements. Steel Mace Vinyasa™ is both fun and challenging, and will help you condition your movement patterns first and follow it up with a yoga sequence integrating the steel mace into your actual Flow. Each of the 6 Workouts consists of 4 exercises.-Five exercises with expert coaching, alignment and breakdowns. After you have completed the practice round, you will be able to access the bonus video with the complete circuit. It takes between 2 and 30 seconds to complete the circuit. After you have completed the practice round, we recommend that you do another. 1-2 rounds of the conditioning before moving the the loaded & unloaded flow.
After you’ve completed the practice round, it’s time to move on to the 1-2 timed rounds… You are ready to move into the weighted Flow with the MaceFollowed immediately by an unloaded flow. This weighted flow will allow you to unlock maximum power recruitment, making your final flow feel effortless. It’s almost like flying.
Remember to keep the Steel Mace Vinyasa Complexity is key to conditioning exercises. They require you to learn how to use drop swings, mills and other dynamic movements. Modify as necessary, choke up on the Mace when required. You might even start with a 5lb mace.

I founded a comprehensive system integrating strength & conditioning with Yoga in 2011, and spent the last 6 years teaching level 1 & 2 seminars globally. Summer Huntington is a Master in Kinesiology with a 500 hour advanced Yoga Teacher Training and has over 20,000 movement coaching hours. She founded a comprehensive strength & yoga curriculum in 2011, and has taught her seminars globally. Summer is an expert in both Flow psychology and training applications.
