Hell Week is where Navy S.E.A.L. takes place. It’s where Navy S.E.A.L. recruits are put to the ultimate testing. The recruits are tested by extreme physical and psychological stress, including sleep deprivation and physically strenuous exercises.
One such Hell Week saw recruits divided into teams and required them to compete in a competition. a Team obstacle challenge Each team had to overcome an obstacle. a leader.
Over the course a day “Team Alpha” Keep winning the challenge, and get rewarded a Much more-Needed break “Team Delta”However, he was always last and needed to continue working.
The leader of Team Delta complained eventually to the commanding officers, claiming that he was losing as a result of the poor performance of his team members.
The commanding officers knew the truth and placed the leader of Team Delta in charge for Team Alpha, and vice versa.
The power of strong leadership is evident in the next step.
The team that was consistently losing, Team Delta, won the next round after they showed better leadership.
Leadership is important.
