These are the comments of people about Henry Akins’ Hidden Jiu-Jitsu:
“If you take the time to master these escapes, and understand why they work, it won’t be long before you can’t remember the last time anyone caught you in an armlock.
You’ll be out of there before anyone knows what happened, like Houdini, and it will feel easy, because you’ll be using leverage instead of strength.”

I’ve been filming this awhile now, and I’m proud to announce my “Ultimate Armlocks Escapes Course”.
Here’s why:
For the last couple years, I’ve been getting stories from guys all over the world, who’ve trained 10, 15, even 20 years, about how the Hidden Jiu-My Jitsu knowledge has changed my understanding of Jiu Jitsu-jitsu.
They suddenly found their jiu-jitsu It is more effective and efficient and feels easier.
That is what I want for you.
And now I’d like to share with you 5 key concepts which, if you take the time to understand and apply (this course is designed to make it easy for you), you will have all the knowledge you need to escape any armlock with leverage instead of strength.
My students, especially the white belts who want to earn their blue belts tell me that the best thing you can do in training is relax. And learn to be efficient with your technique and not your strength.
The students will make up the difference by making up the 20-30% of the technique they don’t understand, or don’t know all the details for, with strength.
It is such a terrible trade as you only get one, and it is very cheap.-time tap here or there, meanwhile, you’re building terrible habits you’ll have to change down the road.
You can find out more about the… “muscle it” You need to make holes in your jiu to achieve this effect-jitsu. This is not only a challenge to learning proper technique, because you have to go back and fix your muscle memory later, but also… it’s dangerous.
It is dangerous to muscle and use sloppy techniques when fighting a bigger, more powerful opponent.
The first is, you’ll wear out quicker. Since you never really know when a fight will be over until it’s over, your highest priority after staying safe is to conserve energy. If you’re too tired to fight, you’re in big trouble. You can easily exhaust yourself by using sloppy techniques.
The other thing is, if you’re fighting someone bigger and stronger, you need to know your techniques are 100% effective. Any weak spot, any sloppiness, can get you seriously maimed, or worse, if your techniques don’t work against someone bigger and stronger than you.
Basically, if you can’t make your techniques work in a way that feels easy, you’re doing something wrong.
To escape any kind of armlock, here are 5 key concepts to grasp and master.
Key #1: Every attack in Jiu-jitsuThe defense, which includes an armlock, can be more complicated than the offense.
It is important to remember that attackers need multiple elements to complete their attack.
There’s closing the distance.
The set-up.
Establishing a relationship
Position yourself to isolate the joint and/or close the arteries in the event of a choke.
In other words, the chain that leads to success is made up of many pieces. “complete” Attack, from start to end.
Key #2: Each attack involves multiple steps. If you can kill one of these steps, it is a key. “links in the chain”You can end the entire attack by doing this. You can also break the chain.
Therefore, defense or escape are always easier than attack.
That’s why so many great jiu-jitsu Teachers talk about how defenses and escapes are the foundation of Jiu-jitsu.
Staying safe is not only more important than being able to attack, but it’s much more simple and easy.
Key #3: There is a way to end an attack at each step that makes it really easy for both you and your opponent.
When it comes to arm locks, there’s always a set-Up, and some movement (s) to isolate the joint, the elbow or shoulder.

I can show you how I can take out the elements that your opponents need at each step of the chain. They will pay a high price and feel frustrated until they give up.
Key #4: If your opponent keeps trying to frustrate you, taking away their needs, they will lose physical energy and feel more like giving up.
Most people can’t handle failure. Particularly repeated failure. Especially when they don’t understand how the hell you’re doing what you’re doing, and they’re confused.
Do you know how easy it is to turn the tables on someone when they are exhausted, frustrated so bad they feel desperate, and confused about what’s happening? It’s too easy. You won’t believe it ‘till you feel it.
Key #5: There are also ways to defend and escape that force your opponents down very narrow decision tunnels, so they’re trapped in a “heads you win, tails they lose” scenario.
By cutting off the different options they have, you can force them to take one you’re already prepared for.
I’ll show you all the details in the course.
You don’t need much to escape amrlock. All you have to do is apply the knowledge.
These are the five basic principles. “truths” You must understand this course before you can master its escapes.
However, having been on tour for a while now, I can confidently state that not one in 1000 black belts seems to be able to apply these concepts to their game even though they have heard them before.
Many of these concepts are intuitive and seem common sense. They are even talked about by some people. “pay lip service”. They are not easy to use and efficient. It is even harder to grasp the subtle details that make it feel effortless.
If you’d like me to walk you through how to apply each of these to the following armlocks, in a way that makes escaping and defending so easy your mind will be blown, then click the link below to discover the hidden details right now.
