In this video the Client presents with anxiety and trouble sleeping and irritability about a future move. She was distraught and Tearful as she described her fears and Be concerned about her leaving friends and Family to move to a small city with three children and It is only one and a half hours by train. Although she was able to see that her fears were rational,-She knew she could. and Keep in touch the People she was close to-But I was still plagued with anxiety and Fear of separation. She believed that her anxiety was due to her early separation from her mother, as an infant, when she was taken to India to live in the care of her grandparents. and She later went back to her parents, when she was two years old. and She was close to her extended family in India. According to the client, her mother struggled to connect with her partly because of the Separation at an early stage and She was also busy during medical school. the client’s childhood.
