Since approximately 95% of Our clients were Facebook, the next best step for us was to create a private FB group just for our clients.
Our goal was simple. We wanted to create a strong community with this group.
We wanted to give our clients a place to build relationships, create a environment to ask questions, and encourage conversation. We also wanted to educate, support, and keep them focused on their goals.
It was amazing, so I made it.
However, it was possible to hear crickets after the first few week.
It was the exact same three people (me, one). of My trainers (and another member) were the only ones posting in there!
I struggled to find original content and ideas to keep members engaged and focused.
Posting on our Private Members is not only possible,-Only page has just become yet another thing on my never-Final “To-Do” list.
That I knew! Facebook was an INCREDIBLE way to communicate with our clients…. I knew this just by looking at their profiles. of They were very active, commenting on everything – except in our Private Facebook Group!
That’s when I knew I needed to make a DRASTIC change to solve this problem.
We tried and tested all different kinds of Posts and content were filtered to determine the most effective and engaging ways to communicate. Facebook We are here for our clients.

Probiotics Challenge:
Probiotics are microorganisms that live in our gut and are related either directly or indirectly to pretty much every function in our body… especially digestion.
It is difficult to believe that tiny bacteria could have such an impact on how we feel, think, and protect our health.
Recently, our gut was called our “second brain” Because of It can have a profound impact on our mood and well-being.
An imbalance in gut bacteria can lead to anxiety, depression, and other mental disorders.
Bacteria outnumber the cells in our bodies by 10 to 1… so it’s really important to keep a healthy balance between the good bacteria and the bad ones.
Probiotics (the beneficial bacteria) are a huge help. of These benefits include:
– Strengthening your immune system
– Enhance your digestion and nutrient uptake
– Increasing your energy levels
– Improving your skin
– Maintaining a healthy metabolism and weight loss
If you’re not eating fermented food on a regular basis, then it’s important to supplement with a good quality probiotic.

Carrot French Fries (2 servings)-3)
Ingredients:
- 6 large carrots
- 2 tablespoons olive Oil
- ½ teaspoon Himalayan sea salt
Directions:
Each carrot should be cut into two pieces-Each section should measure approximately 1 inch in length. Each section should be cut into small sticks. Toss the carrot sticks in olive oil and season with salt in a large bowl. On a baking sheet lined in parchment paper, spread the carrot sticks.
