WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
LESSON 1
The interplay between addiction, complicated grief, and attachment. This is the first lesson that will take you from feeling confused or oblivious to being conscious of the negative effect complicated grief and short-term escapes might have had on your attachment relations.
LESSON 2
Guided visualizations are a way to transform anxious feelings. This lesson will teach you how to use natural imagery to organize your emotions in a non-threatening way.-You can no longer feel afraid of your feelings and become overwhelmed by them. Instead, embrace them as an important channel of your intuition.

You will learn the signs and symptoms of the anxious avoidant trap, as well as the role of fantasy. “push-pull” relationships. This will allow you to move beyond blindly falling into harmful situations to being able identify your patterns in relationships and consciously extract meaning.

The potential effects of parenting styles on adult attachment relationships. You will be able to see past the romanticization of your childhood and understand why you might have accumulated emotional and energetic baggage.
LESSON 5
Five core brain systems are important in determining the impact on relationships. This takes you from feeling angry, resentful or baffled by your partner’s behavior, to patient, accepting and aware of what makes them tick.
LESSON 6
How to identify and get rid of two types limiting beliefs that can keep you trapped in a cycle if self-pity-sabotage. This will transform your mindset and help you to stop living in self-sabotage.
LESSON 7
How to recover the sacred body and turn unprocessed rage into art-A story that inspires and uses evidence-based methods. This will transform your feeling of fear and disconnection from your body into a place where you can give and receive unconditional love.
