“My path to EasyLanguage Programming is quite a circuitous one.

I received a Computer Science degree from SUNY Buffalo in 1974. Back then, computers were not available. Mainframes occupied entire buildings. We used punch cards to create computer programs.

After graduating, I was a programmer at McDonnell Douglas. I was not challenged by corporate life so I left it and found a different career.

In the early 1990s, Ken Roberts sent me a piece about futures trading. It fascinated me and I took his course. Trading was my passion.

I saw a TradeStation Demonstrating at a trading seminar, I purchased the software and began to write code. Despite the fact that I hadn’t programmed in 20 years, it came back to me very quickly. Programming is a way to think and I have always been proficient at it.

There were only a few at the time. TradeStation So I started writing programs for programmers. Before I knew it, I was running a full-time business. I quickly acquired so many clients that I quit trading to transition out of my other business and started programming. TradeStation You can work full-time

• Trading can be done using multiple time-frames You can combine time-frames to identify longer-term trends that are aligned with shorter-term trends in order to capture bigger moves.
