- Our First Class is a short practice that focuses on the Sacroiliac Joint using two tennis balls, providing a Myofascial release into the SI joint, sacrum, & lower back & allows you to access easily your own joint pain relief. It is extremely effective for SI pain & lower back pain/tightness.
- The Second class Is a complete one-Hour practice focuses upon opening the shoulders with a specific Yin yoga poses & myofascial techniques to release tightness, tension & reduce pain. The class will increase mobility & fluidity throughout the shoulder joint. Our posture and breathing are affected by our time spent on our phones and computers. A tendency to hold the shoulders high and shallow breathing can cause tension around our shoulder joints. This class is designed to relieve tension and tightness from the shoulder girdle.
- The Third class Is a 35 minute Yoga And Myofascia Release class for the feet. It is extremely beneficial to work with your feet. The fascia connections improve our posture, hamstring flexibility, and sore feet. Myofascial work allows for deeper work within the body because our feet have trigger points that are related to our organs.
- The Fourth class It takes 60 minutes. Yin Yoga full hour practice with a myofascia realease technique for the outer hip/IT band area to release tension & bring relief from spasms & discomfort. This is a great practice to do often to keep the IT Band feeling supple & mobile.
