What does this mean?
Tens of thousands of self-help books, monographs and columns have been published.-esteem. That number tells us that it’s a vital concern for our psychological health and interpersonal effectiveness.
This number also shows that there is no one-size fits all.
In decades of working with entrepreneurs and executives, my experience has taught me that the most important thing is to have a deep belief in our own worth. “goodness” It is the core of our ability and desire to help ourselves and others. Although I thought underestimating was a good idea, it is now a problem.-Capitalization was the main reason for most entrepreneurial failures. I quickly realized that poor self was the real quicksand-esteem.
This workshop is not a T-This is not a group convocation. It is not meant to be therapeutic insofar that deep emotional issues will not be addressed.-Deep-seated issues in relationships, past or present.
It is a candid and honest attempt to deal with a lack of trust in one’s judgment, a lack of belief in one’s value, and a lack of discipline about one’s merit. It is not for everyone. “damaged” Individuals are not the problem, but intelligent, talented people who do not allow their talents to fully be used, and their contributions to others.

Identify the uncertainties, perceived vulnerabilities, and situations which cause you to perform at less than your optimal capacity.
Get timely and non-invasive information about the dynamics that are causing them.-You will receive threatening feedback on how to solve them.
You can master and apply techniques to help you keep and manifest a high-self.-The level of esteem “in the moment” When it is most necessary.
Avoid junk and other things in your life that can cause you to be unhappy.-Self-esteem and a focus on the paths of least resistance to self-Worth and how it manifests.
You will be able, both professionally and personally, to manage your daily routine and extraordinary circumstances.
You will be more productive and healthier, and you will also help others by being a role model.
How do we accomplish this in just a few hours?
I’m going to establish a “safe environment” For feedback and sharing. (If you intend to come with partners or a group, I’ll seat you together and you’ll work in that setting. For solicited feedback, sometimes strangers are better than friends! Then we’ll deal with some common and generic sources of poor self-esteem. We’ll gradually move on to more individualized issues.
We’re going to describe situations, events, and personalities that cause us esteem problems. We’ll practice with volunteers in front of the room. We’ll practice in small groups at tables. And we’ll privately build an action plan to use immediately. These plans will be built on your individual preparation work. This information will not be shared. However, it will help you to be more focused on your actual concerns during our time together.
On the second day, two identical sessions will be held for two small groups, one in morning and one in afternoon. In this setting, I will facilitate intimate discussions on specific topics and issues. This will allow for more personal, but also intimate exploration. This experience is possible if you are ready for it. “round table” You can get more out of the time you spend investing in setting. But it’s probably not for everyone, and requires that you be willing to share and speak out, not just listen and absorb. I’ll be calling on everyone present in these 20-person groups.

What’s required to maximize the value?
It is important to be open-minded, honest, and willing to experiment with your thoughts, reactions, or language. You must care enough to give honest and caring feedback to others. It is important to be open to receiving feedback and have an open mind. Participation is key in any experience like this. The more you take part, the greater the benefits.
