Startups require capital raising assistance
Running a business is simple in theory, if you really break it down, thereâs only 3 components:
Marketing is a way to draw new customers towards your product/service.
You need sales to allow them to trade their hard earned money for your product/service.
Finally, you must be able deliver on your promises through your product/service.
These 3 components are easy enough to grasp.
Marketing it, selling it, and building it.
You are now in business if there is still some profit to be made.
So why isnât everyone rushing to become an entrepreneur if itâs that simple?
Well, you see thereâs a bit of a problem for most entrepreneurs.
Letâs get back to the 3 components:
Marketing
Traffic, also known by eyeballs, is essential for a successful marketing campaign. This isnât free. You will need to either pay for ads or for an influencer who shouts you out. Or, build an audience over the course of time.
Sales
If you can sell thatâs fantastic, youâre an asset for your own business. What happens when your calendar is full of meetings? You become capped, you canât grow any further. This means that you must invest in hiring other people. If you canât sell, you need to hire from the beginning.
Fulfillment
You could be fulfilling yourself, if youâre a freelancer, but then whoâs selling for you? You can do both, and still grow a multimillion-dollar business. You are likely to find the answer is no. In order to grow your company, you will need additional employees.
